Brown Fox Bolsters Corporate Team with Addition of Samuel Fubara

DALLAS, Texas – Brown Fox PLLC, a business boutique law firm with offices in Dallas and Frisco, Texas, is pleased to announce the arrival of corporate senior associate, Samuel Fubara. Best Lawyers recently named Mr. Fubara a 2024 “One to Watch” for corporate law. Prior to joining Brown Fox, Mr. Fubara worked in the private equity and mergers and acquisitions practice group of international law firm, Weil Gotshal Manges.

Mr. Fubara will focus his practice on corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity work, and will regularly work with Brown Fox’s corporate group, including Adam Fox, Tom Burton, and Joshua Mahaffey. “We have been on the lookout for a talent like Sam to add to our busy corporate group for quite some time,” shared Managing Partner, Russ Brown. “Sam lives our core values 24/7, and he’s a talent who is only going to continue to grow as a leader and lawyer. It’s an incredible win for our firm and clients when we can add someone as experienced and well-rounded as Sam.” Mr. Fubara shared about his decision to join Brown Fox: “I’ve seen much that I admire of attorneys at Brown Fox over the years, so I’m very happy to now be joining the team.”
Mr. Fubara obtained his BA from Georgetown University and JD from Northwestern University School of Law. He was on the Honors List at Georgetown and a member of the Georgetown University Rugby Football Club. During law school, Mr. Fubara was on the Dean’s Honor List and served as a Staff Member for the Journal of International Human Rights.
Mr. Fubara also serves as a Board Member for the Watermark Community Development Corporation and volunteers with Cornerstone Kitchen.
