Garett Godkin is a litigation associate who helps clients resolve complex civil and commercial disputes. He focuses on achieving practical, business-centric results through careful preparation, clear communication, and strategic advocacy.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Godkin cultivated a broad-based civil background through his experiences as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Reed O’Connor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, as a clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Texas, as an intern for the General Counsel of a Fortune 100 company, and as an associate attorney for a civil boutique in Fort Worth, Texas. Those experiences give him a well-rounded perspective on all stages of the litigation lifecycle, from pre-suit through appeal and collections.
