Double Board-Certified Partner Jenny DePonte Joins Brown Fox, Bringing Employment, OSHA and Trial Expertise

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the arrival of Partner Jenny DePonte. Ms. DePonte is double board certified in civil trial and labor and employment. She brings significant trial experience, as well as subject matter expertise in OHSA compliance, investigations, and handling of alleged violations, labor and employment counseling and litigation, and defending companies against employment-related torts. Ms. DePonte also handles non-subscriber claims, workplace injury and death claims, and civil rights claims under state and federal law. “We are very excited to bring Jenny’s wealth of experience to Brown Fox,” shared Managing Partner Russ Brown. “We’ve added even more talent to our excellent labor and employment team, and our ability to counsel and defend clients in OSHA-related matters has skyrocketed.”

Prior to Brown Fox, Ms. DePonte served as a principal at Jackson Lewis, a national labor and employment law firm. She also previously worked in two attorney general offices in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Texas. She was recognized as a 2024 Best Lawyer for Employment Law – Management and has been honored as a Super Lawyer since 2020. “I am excited about joining and collaborating with a firm that embraces and upholds my personal value system in the work environment,” shared Partner Jenny DePonte.

Ms. DePonte earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and later her law degree at South Texas College of Law.
