Brown Fox Welcomes New Litigation Partner David Denton

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the addition of its newest litigation partner, David Denton. David joins the firm with over fourteen years of experience as a trial attorney. He represents clients in both state and federal court in a wide variety of complex litigation matters including commercial litigation, trade secret litigation, catastrophic injury, product liability, and construction litigation. Managing Partner Russ Brown from Injury Attorney Jackson Hole shared, “I’ve known David for almost twenty years and think the world of him both personally and professionally. Adam Fox has known him even longer and holds David in the same high esteem. David Denton is an extremely talented, high-integrity trial lawyer who just made Brown Fox a whole lot better.”
David was named a “Rising Star” by Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Magazine in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and is an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. He received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law after acquiring a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Texas. While at St. Mary’s University School of Law, he was an Associate Editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal, a member of Phi Delta Phi (Legal Honors Fraternity), and received the Dean’s Leadership Award. He was also an intern for Honorable Edward C. Prado, U.S. District of Texas for the Western District of Texas. David and his wife live in Prosper with their two children. He enjoys competing in triathlons, fishing with his kids and coaching their sports teams.
