Litigation Attorney Timothy Wells Joins Brown Fox

Brown Fox is pleased to announce that Timothy Wells has joined the firm as a litigation associate. Mr. Wells’ focus is business and commercial litigation and general litigation. He co-owned and operated a large farm in Mount Pleasant, Texas before deciding to pursue a second career as a lawyer.
Mr. Wells graduated with Honors from Regent University School of Law, where he served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the law school’s law review. His accomplishments included serving as Vice President for the Business Law Society and Federalist Law Society and acting at the 3L Representative for the Student Bar Association. He received the Dean’s Academic Merit Scholarship and was selected for the Jurisprudence Class with U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito. Prior to law school, Mr. Wells obtained his undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University.
Mr. Wells served as a Judicial Intern for both the Honorable Brantley Starr (Northern District of Texas) and the Honorable Robert J. Humphreys (Virginia Court of Appeals), and finally as a Special Litigation Law Clerk with the Texas Attorney General.
