Three Brown Fox Attorneys Recognized by Best Lawyers; Brian Robison Named Lawyer of the Year for a Third Time

Brian Robison again earned the rare distinction of 2024 Lawyer of the Year for Litigation – Antitrust in Dallas-Fort Worth. Only one attorney in each eligible practice area receives this distinguished honor.  Best Lawyers has recognized Mr. Robison as Lawyer of the Year three times, including 2020 and 2022. Mr. Robison said, “I am honored to be listed in Best Lawyers in America and to be named the Lawyer of the Year in DFW for Litigation-Antitrust. While still litigating antitrust cases, I have now added ADR to my practice. Cort Thomas received his third Best Lawyers honor in a row, again for Commercial Litigation. Mr. Thomas focuses his practice on business and commercial litigation, and regularly serves as a court-appointed receiver.

Stephen Key picked up his twelfth Best Lawyers honor, again for Labor Law – Management. In 2022, Mr. Key garnered the prestigious award of Lawyer of the Year, Labor Law – Management. Mr. Key focuses his practice on management-side labor & employment counseling and litigation.
