Partner Michael Baum Joins Brown Fox Litigation Team

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the arrival of Partner Michael Baum. Mr. Baum is a seasoned trial lawyer and respected courtroom advocate who specializes in commercial litigation and employment litigation and counseling.
Mr. Baum’s practice focuses on disputes involving executive terminations, non‐competition and employment agreements, theft of trade secrets, tortious interference with contracts, breach of fiduciary duties, and breach of contract. He also represents employers in a wide range of employment matters, including claims based on wrongful termination and workplace discrimination, overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and alleged violations of the Family Medical Leave Act.

Mr. Baum recently chaired and co-chaired the Dallas Bar Association Judiciary Committee for three years and currently serves as the immediate past Chair. He has also been honored as a Best Lawyer for five years in a row. Mr. Baum earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin with high honors and his law degree from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law.
Mr. Baum’s community work includes work with the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum.
