Three Brown Fox Attorneys Named 2024 D Magazine “Best Lawyers in Dallas”

Charlene Koonce

D Magazine recognized Ms. Koonce for her skills in business/commercial litigation. Ms. Koonce is an AV-rated, seasoned trial and appellate attorney who prosecutes and defends commercial disputes, serves as appellate counsel, and periodically represents receivers in government enforcement cases. Ms. Koonce has obtained favorable results through bench and jury trials, summary judgment, and settlement in cases involving complex contract disputes, unfair business practices, securities fraud, professional liability and fiduciary duties, breach of warranty, fraud and fraudulent transfers, commercial tenancy, and collections. Brandi McKay

D Magazine recognized Ms. McKay for her skills in labor and employment law. Ms. McKay is an experienced litigator and trial attorney, with experience in both commercial litigation and labor and employment. This is the second year in a row that D Magazine has honored Ms. McKay in the Best Lawyers in Dallas. Over twenty years as a litigator has also given her a wide range of experience beyond labor and employment, including matters involving fraud, licensing, trade secrets, and products liability. Brian Robison
