DALLAS, Texas (January 28, 2026) – Brown Fox PLLC, a business boutique law firm with offices in Dallas and Frisco, announced today that it will relocate its Dallas office from Preston Center to The Quad, a mixed-use development in Uptown Dallas. The move will increase the firm’s Dallas footprint, expanding from 6,637 square feet to 12,011 square feet. The firm’s Frisco office comprises 6,322 square feet.
The Quad stood out during an extensive search as a location that aligns with our firm’s long-term vision, both strategically and culturally.

The Quad hit the bullseye with all three aspirations.” Brown Fox expects to occupy its new Dallas offices in June 2026.
The Quad’s new 12-story office building features floor-to-ceiling windows, on-site fitness amenities, and the Quad Club, a penthouse conference center, meeting space with bar, and outdoor terrace overlooking downtown Dallas. The development also includes an acre of outdoor space, five restaurants, including Michelin-starred Mamani, and the ever-popular LDU Coffee. “The synergy of attorneys and a coffee shop with a cult following in the same building cannot be understated,” Brown added.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Charlie Beck represented Brown Fox while Ryan Evanich and Marissa Parkin of Stream Realty led the leasing team for the Quad. Pacific Builders is serving as the General Contractor for the project.
