Brown Fox Team Obtains Appellate Victory on Behalf of Town of Flower Mound
August 28, 2019 by Brown Fox
Brown Fox attorneys Darrell Noga and Chris Klement recently obtained a victory for the Town of Flower Mound before the Fort Worth Court of Appeals. Mr. Noga and Mr. Klement argued that the Denton County trial court erred in granting a temporary injunction against the Town, which prevented it from enforcing certain ordinances intended to protect public health and safety. Mr. Noga handled oral argument and asserted that the trial court had no jurisdiction to enjoin the Town’s enforcement of the ordinance. The Court of Appeals agreed, dissolved the trial court’s injunction against the Town, and remanded.
