Brian Robison to Lead Dallas Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section
Brown Fox Partner Brian Robison recently was named President of the Dallas Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) section. The ADR section provides continuing legal education and training opportunities for arbitrators and mediators. The section’s monthly CLE programs cover a wide range of areas of the law (e.g., employment and business litigation as well as family law) and mediation tactics (such as how to structure opening sessions, how to work through an impasse, and understanding emotional intelligence).
Brian is known as one of the ‘go to’ antitrust lawyers in the country, but he’s had a heart for ADR work for many years.
Mr. Robison shared, “I’m excited about this new role. The ADR section offers monthly CLE programs that are practical for our members but also relevant to lawyers in other sections.
