Brown Fox Welcomes Litigation Associate Rebecca Stogner

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the arrival of Litigation Associate Rebecca Stogner. Prior to joining Brown Fox, Ms. Stogner managed a diverse practice of business and contractual disputes, products liability, premises liability, auto/trucking accidents, and general negligence claims involving catastrophic loss.

Ms. Stogner brings experience advocating for clients in state and federal courts and arbitration in civil and commercial disputes. “A positive attitude, extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a team player mindset are essential qualities for a thriving litigation practice,” shared Jenny DePonte, the firm’s newest litigation partner. “Rebecca embodies these attributes and more. Ms. Stogner earned her law degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law and undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University (magna cum laude).
