Brown Fox Promotes Three to Senior Associate

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Debter, Jimmy Hopper and Rebecca Stogner to Senior Associate.

“We are thrilled to promote these talented attorneys to Senior Associate,” said Managing Partner Russ Brown. “We are committed to converting young associates with potential into game-changing partners, and a positive step before promotion to partner is elevation to senior associate.” Brown Fox senior associates receive an increased marketing budget and focused mentorship, and they will participate in the firm’s newly launched leadership and professional development program, Leadership Brown Fox.

Andrew Debter represents clients in commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and antitrust litigation. He served as a federal law clerk for the Hon. Aileen M. Cannon of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. Prior to his clerkship, he practiced in New York City, focused on litigation and insurance coverage. Mr. Debter earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law and his undergraduate degree with Honors from The King’s College. He is licensed in Texas and New York and is based in Brown Fox’s Dallas office.

Jimmy Hopper is a business and commercial litigator with additional experience in real estate litigation, professional liability matters, and the evolving landscape of Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) rights and representation of universities and athletic conferences. Prior to Brown Fox, Mr. Hopper practiced at Vinson & Elkins LLP. Mr. Hopper earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School, M.Ed. at Lipscomb University, and undergraduate degree summa cum laude from Texas Christian University. He is based in Brown Fox’s Dallas office.

Rebecca Stogner, based in the Frisco office, counsels and defends clients in labor and employment and insurance defense matters. Ms. Stogner earned her law degree at Washington and Lee University School of Law and undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Midwestern State University. She is based in Brown Fox’s Frisco office.
