Brown Fox Promotes Samuel Fubara to Partner

Brown Fox is pleased to announce the promotion of Samuel Fubara to partner, marking a significant milestone as he becomes the first associate to achieve this honor at the firm. Mr. Fubara, a three-time Best Lawyers One to Watch, joined Brown Fox in January 2024, after prior stops at two international law firms.
Mr. Fubara is a corporate attorney, focusing his practice on corporate and commercial transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiating and drafting, corporate governance, compliance and operations, strategic investments, restructurings, financing and dispositions, and private equity.

Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Fubara’s dedication to community service is commendable. He has served on the Watermark Community Development Board for three years, contributing to job creation, financial literacy, and incentivized savings for hundreds of at-risk individuals. He also currently serves at Cornerstone Kitchen.
Mr. Fubara earned his law degree from Northwestern University School of Law while serving as a Staff Member on the Journal of International Rights and gaining recognition on the Dean’s Honor List. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, earning Dean’s List Honors while competing for the Georgetown University Rugby Football Club.
