Brown Fox Lands Nationally Recognized Trial Attorney Brian Robison

Brown Fox has continued its hot streak of landing major talent from global firms with the addition of trial partner Brian Robison. Mr. Robison regularly earns praise from his peers and legal publications, including Best Lawyers twice designating him “Lawyer of the Year” in Dallas-Fort Worth for his antitrust work. Mr. Robison was a partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher for over ten years. Prior to that he was a partner at Vinson & Elkins, where he was a co-leader of its antitrust group. After graduating from law school, Mr. Robison clerked for then Texas Supreme Court Justice and current U.S. Senator, John Cornyn, before moving into private practice.

Mr. Robison has spearheaded successful litigation teams in matters ranging from billion-dollar antitrust disputes, bet-the-company class actions, complex business litigation, and high-stakes DOJ and SEC investigations. He will bolster the firm’s thriving litigation team and current practices, while introducing proven antitrust and class action expertise and an arbitration and mediation practice.

Mr. Robison graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif and served as a Notes Editor of the Texas Law Review. He also holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas, where he graduated in 1991 with highest distinction.

Brown Fox, a law firm in its thirteenth year, opened the doors to the firm’s second office in Frisco, Texas, late last summer. Brown Fox added associates in both the Collin County and Dallas offices at the start of 2022. With the addition of Mr. Robison, the firm now has eight attorneys anchoring the growing Collin County office, along with eleven attorneys based in Dallas.
