Renee and Russ Brown also are serving on the Host Committee. The theme this year is Lights in the Inner City. Advocates for Community Transformation (ACT) works in West Dallas and South Dallas and empowers inner-city residents to fight crime on their street, using the justice system to educate and encourage residents to take a stand.
