Dave Lieber Continues Coverage of Receiver Cort Thomas’ Work in the Doc Gallagher Case

Cort Thomas is a business and commercial litigator who frequently serves as a Receiver, including an appointment this week as Receiver in an SEC fraud case brought by the SEC.
