Brown Fox Returning to Preston Center in 2018
November 1, 2017 by Brown Fox
Dallas-based law firm Brown Fox PLLC is relocating its primary office to Preston Commons in the prestigious Preston Center business district after five years downtown in the Dallas Arts District. The firm leased offices in Preston Center prior to the move downtown. “We set our sights on a return to Preston Center early in the search and ultimately selected Preston Commons for its central location and for the opportunity to have a cutting-edge workspace poised for further growth,” shared Russ Brown, the firm’s Managing Partner.
Planning for the move also gave firm management an opportunity to rethink office design and configuration in a way that positively impacts clients and employees. “Since our last move we’ve observed many of the strategies pursued by other law firms and companies we respect. We’ve had time to watch these new concepts unfold, for better or worse, including open work spaces, smaller offices, or unique amenities, such as game rooms. Some of these concepts work well for law firms, while others do not.” Mr. Brown added, “We’ve blended what we believe to be the best of what has worked to present a fresh, inviting, and efficient space for lawyers to serve their clients well. We’ll have war rooms, not game rooms, but still a great place to work. Our team will hit the ground running in the new suite the first work day of 2018. We are extremely excited.”
