Partner David Denton Celebrates Ten Years at Brown Fox

Brown Fox is proud to celebrate Partner David Denton’s ten-year anniversary with the firm. The firm honors all ten-year team members with customized baseball bats displayed in each office, and additional bat for the honoree.

Mr. Denton is an AV-rated trial attorney with twenty-five years of experience in civil litigation and labor and employment matters. He has represented clients in complex disputes throughout Texas state and federal courts, with a practice spanning commercial litigation, employment disputes and trade secret litigation, and has tried many cases to verdict. Beyond the courtroom, he regularly advises companies and HR professionals on labor and employment issues.

The firm’s co-founders, Adam Fox and Russ Brown, were close with Mr. Denton many years prior to him joining the firm. Mr. Fox and Mr. Denton were friends in college, and Mr. Brown met him on the first day of law school.
