Legal Assistant – Dallas

Brown Fox is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive civil litigation Legal Assistant for the firm’s Dallas office. Duties and responsibilities include managing the calendars of multiple attorneys, preparing hearing and trial notebooks, handling incoming correspondence, drafting and proofreading documents, and complex litigation e-filings in state and federal courts. State and federal court experience required, and experience with employment litigation preferred.

The ideal candidate for this position has a minimum of five years of experience, strong organizational skills, advanced computer skills, ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks, professional, works well under pressure and fosters an atmosphere of teamwork, cooperation, high integrity and exceptional ethics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) required. Proficiency with Clio and NetDocs a plus, but not required.
