Compensation
Brown Fox has two general partnership paths:
- Income Partners: Competitive salary, including an objective, metrics based bonus plan and opportunity for discretionary bonuses.
- Partners with Portable Business: Partners who bring a book of business or choose to invest in business development are given the opportunity to capitalize on client origination, distribution of originated work to other practice areas or lawyers in the firm, as well as when working on matters sourcing from another attorney in the firm.
