Morgan Buller is a litigation partner primarily focused on labor and employment, business, and commercial matters. She has represented businesses in a wide range of contested matters at both the state and federal levels, including employment-related claims, breach of contract disputes, trade secret protection and misappropriation, and deceptive trade practices.
Ms. Buller has significant experience handling employment disputes arising under the Texas Labor Code, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. She regularly advises and defends clients in matters involving allegations of discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful employment practices.
In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Buller provides strategic counseling to help clients mitigate risk, protect proprietary information, and navigate complex employment issues before they escalate into disputes. She is known for her thoughtful advocacy, attention to detail, and practical approach to resolving matters efficiently while aligning with her clients’ business objectives.
