Andrew Debter is a litigation associate who brings sought-after experience as a former federal law clerk, as well as internships in the federal bankruptcy courts and state appellate courts. His litigation experience includes commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and antitrust litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Debter served a two-year federal clerkship to the Hon. Aileen M. Cannon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Debter’s judicial service also includes student judicial internships for the Hon. Harlan D. Hale of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Hon. John J. Kelley of the New York Supreme Court. Before clerking, Mr. Debter worked as a litigation and insurance coverage associate for a law firm in New York City.
