Mr. Denton brings the discipline of an Ironman triathlete to his work as a trial attorney, with broad experience in civil litigation and labor & employment matters. He has advocated for clients in both state and federal court for almost twenty years. Mr. Denton has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation throughout the courts of Texas as well as before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Denton’s experience includes handling commercial litigation, employment disputes and litigation, trade secret litigation, catastrophic injury, product liability, construction litigation, and other complex litigation matters. He also routinely assists companies with enforcing restrictive covenants to prevent departing employees from violating confidentiality, non-compete, or non-solicitation agreements.
When he is not in court, Mr. Denton frequently speaks to companies and human resources professionals on labor and employment matters.
