Corporate Attorney Benjamen S. Dyer Joins Brown Fox

Benjamen S. Dyer, a corporate attorney with over twenty years of experience, has joined Brown Fox as a partner. Mr. Dyer is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and earned a cum laude undergraduate degree from the University of Texas.
Mr. Dyer has represented corporations of all sizes, guiding clients through acquisitions valued in the hundreds of millions, restructuring deals, asset sales, refinancing, and daily corporate, transactional, and business advice. He brings experience in corporate governance and compliance for publicly and privately held businesses and thrives in an outside general counsel role for companies. Mr. Dyer also has successfully managed intellectual property litigation and multi-state litigation defenses for his clients.
