I’ve enjoyed the weight room since high school. The goal is simple, become stronger than you were yesterday. The process is also simple, lift more than you did yesterday. This motto follows me outside the gym into my other pursuits as well.
Growing up near the mountains and numerous hiking trails created a love for the quiet spaces of the wilderness. Although I enjoy the energy of a city, I also appreciate the quiet of nature to focus the mind.
My mother taught me to bake bread as a young child. This instilled a love of cooking and for the magical process of watching a set of ingredients become something delicious.
