Having spent twelve years on in-house corporate legal teams within the insurance and health care industries, both as a staff attorney and as general counsel, Mr. Tiffany brings the perspective of a chief legal advisor and an effective collaborator with executive management teams, boards of directors, and investors.
Mr. Tiffany has advised and been a part of start-up, medium-sized, Fortune 500, and Fortune 100 companies. His practice focuses on corporate law, outside general counsel, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, corporate governance, and complex regulatory and licensure issues. Mr. Tiffany also brings unique industry expertise in both the health care and insurance industries.
Sports teach us teamwork, perseverance, handling victory and defeat, and making sacrifices, all of which I have tried to instill in my daughters. As I have aged and left my glory years behind me, I have gladly become an avid fan and spectator.
My grandfather flew a B-24 bomber in the Pacific Theater during World War II. He was my hero and taught me about faith, humility and service.
The globe reminds me of my childhood and how my experiences and relationships around the world molded me into the person that I am today. It also serves as the motivation to take my family to see the places where I grew up.
